This Department deals with the preparation of Office plans, budgets, monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the Ministry’s work and project programs, preparing and reviewing Policies and conducting Office research. This Department is headed by a director who is an appointee of the President of Zanzibar and Chairman of the Revolutionary Council.
